On March 20, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 2 (Director of ROAE2), joined the opening ceremony of the seminar project to develop a provincial strategic plan for fiscal year 2025 and create an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Provincial Agricultural Rehabilitation and Development Fund Committee (North) at Phitsanulok Convention Center Room, The Imperial Hotel and Convention Center, Phitsanulok, with Mr. Songpol Wichaikhatka, Deputy Governor of Phitsanulok Province, giving a welcome speech, along with Mr. Saikrai Phimbueng, Secretary-General of the Agricultural Rehabilitation and Development Fund Office, the Executive Committee, the Agricultural Debt Management Committee, and the Subcommittee of the Agricultural Rehabilitation and Development Fund from 17 northern provinces.

On March 21, 2025, Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the 2nd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 2 (Director of ROAE2) assigned Mr. Chalermsin Inchaisri, a statistician, to join the field trip to listen to a presentation on the operation of the cooperative distribution center and visit the first cooperative museum in Thailand at the Wat Chan Cooperative, along with heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and related agencies.
